2025 Annual Work Summary
Huang Huakun:
Strengthen brand building and adhere to long-termism
President Huang Huakun mentioned: "The brand is the safety barrier that safeguards customers' confidence. Its value stems from long-term investment and the accumulation of trust, and it cannot be achieved overnight. Leveraging the core advantages of original design in Shenzhen, strict quality control, intelligent furniture, and mature exhibitions, we aim to anchor our differentiated value and build a brand moat. Adhering to the principle of long-termism, we will deeply focus on green and sustainable development to break through the competition of homogeneity."
The left and right sofas are driven by the dual forces of "green quality products + happiness culture", setting an industry benchmark. The Internet has broken down barriers, opening up a new brand path for original furniture in Shenzhen. With the compound interest thinking, practicing long-termism, and achieving qualitative changes through time accumulation, it re-establishes the leading position of "Chinese furniture looks to Guangdong, and Guangdong furniture looks to Shenzhen".
Hou Keping:
How can the furniture industry navigate economic cycles and achieve sustainable development?
Under the tide of industry transformation, data operation has replaced traditional distribution. Internet brands have risen by leveraging their data advantages, while traditional brands are challenged by shortcomings in offline experience and operation. The main consumers of the 80s, 90s, and 00s prefer one-stop all-scenario services, forcing the industry to transform towards integrated services. During economic fluctuations, brand trust is of vital importance. The "Shenzhen Standard" has been recognized by the state, and it is necessary to adhere to the quality bottom line and resist counterfeit and substandard products.
Intelligence is the core of upgrading. By integrating quality data through the HarmonyOS ecosystem and AI technology, we will deeply focus on the "digital health home" sector and enhance users' willingness to pay. The government will introduce special policies to help enterprises access the HarmonyOS ecosystem and promote the digital transformation of the industry.
The association will build a 2,000-square-meter experience center, integrating live streaming and new media, connecting the exhibition hall, the factory and the consumers, and forming a local traffic loop to firmly establish the industry's basic foundation.
