Several considerations when choosing cat toys
Although the cat doesn't seem to be very active in daily life, either it just lies there sleeping or it gets tired after getting up and walking around casually. However, toys still have a great appeal to cats. When the owner and the cat play together, they can enhance each other's feelings, and it can also make the cat feel happy. At the same time, it can also give the cat some exercise. However, there are many kinds of cat toys, and different types of cat toys have different attractions for cats. Owners must pay attention to choosing them.
Cats are always addicted to cat toys and keep playing with them. It's hard to tell whether they are playing or attacking. It might pounce on its favorite toy like a little tiger, or it might sneak up and play with it quietly. In fact, the owner doesn't need to worry. This is the nature of the cat. As a hunter, although it is already a pet, it uses this way to train its innate hunting instinct. So it is essential to provide the cat with suitable toys, allowing it to treat the toys as hunting objects in nature and thereby engage in hunting behavior. You can give it a few rolls of paper, ping-pong balls or cat teases to enhance the entertainment when it plays. However, it should be noted that those toys should be sturdy and not be torn apart by the cat and then eaten by mistake.
Moreover, cats maintain a strong sense of curiosity about everything around them and are animals that "love novelty and get tired of the old". If you just buy one toy to save trouble, it will have the opposite effect. So, owners should try to buy as many different toys as possible for their cats to keep them feeling fresh all the time and prevent them from getting bored.
Never remember to treat yourself as a toy, stretching out your fingers, feet or teasing it with your clothes. This will encourage its aggressive behavior. So when you play with your cat, be sure to use interesting cat toys.
