1、【Scope of the Agreement】
1.1 This Agreement is a legally binding agreement whereby you and [CFF] establish the terms for your use of [CFF] services. " [CFF] " refers to the [CFF] website (www.cffpsp.com), WeChat mini-program " [CFF] ", [CFF] mobile application (APP), and any affiliated operating entities of Shenzhen [CFF] Cultural Management Co., Ltd. that may operate related services. " Platform users " refer to individuals or organizations that register, log in, and use [CFF] platform accounts (referred to as " users " in this Agreement, and more commonly as " you "). " Other users " refer to visitors who do not register, directly log in to the [CFF] platform, or access the [CFF] platform through other websites to view information directly or indirectly.
1.2 You will be bound by this Agreement once you complete all registration procedures by filling in information as prompted on the registration page, reading and agreeing to this Agreement, and clicking to confirm registration. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you should immediately stop the registration/activation process or discontinue using [CFF] platform services.
1.3 The content of this Agreement includes the main text, legal statements, the [CFF] Convention, and all rules, announcements, or notices that have been or may be published in the future. All rules form an inseparable part of this Agreement and shall have the same legal effect as the main text.
1.4 The [CFF] platform reserves the right to formulate and amend this Agreement and/or various rules from time to time, and will announce changes via public notice on the platform without separate individual notification to you. The revised Agreement and rules shall come into effect immediately or at a specific time specified in the notice once published on the website. If you continue to use [CFF] services after the aforesaid change notice, it shall be deemed that you have read, understood, and accepted the revised Agreement and rules. If you do not agree to the relevant changes, you should immediately discontinue using [CFF] services.
2、【Account Registration and Permissions】
2.1 Before using the Services, you need to register a [CFF] platform account. After registering with a mobile phone number and completing SMS verification, the [CFF] platform will provide you with an ID account with a unique number. You can log in with your mobile phone number or ID. You shall be responsible for the security of your user account, login password, payment password (if any), and verification code, as well as for any actions taken through your account and password. [CFF] cannot and will not assume any liability for any losses or damages arising therefrom. Unless required by law or by a judicial/administrative authority and with the consent of the [CFF] platform, your user account, login password, payment password (if any), and verification code shall not be transferred, lent, gifted, inherited (except for property rights related to the account), displayed, or sold on third-party platforms. If an account or password is illegally used by others due to the user's improper custody or negligence, the user or the illegal user shall bear the liability, and [CFF] shall not be liable.
2.2 You must be a natural person, legal person, or other organization with corresponding civil capacity to register and use the [CFF] platform services. If you do not have the foregoing capacity, or are a person without or with limited civil capacity, please read this Agreement and other above-mentioned agreements under the supervision of your legal guardian. You may register and use the [CFF] platform services only with the consent of your legal guardian, who shall bear all consequences arising therefrom.
2.3 After successful registration, you should promptly complete your personal information. Since the fixed ID will be bound to your personal information, such information will be one of the important bases for customer service to assist you in retrieving your account in cases of mobile number change, account forgetting, etc. Personal information includes but is not limited to real name, ID card number, contact phone number, address, email, QQ, WeChat, etc. Meanwhile, users shall ensure that they do not register or authenticate identities on the [CFF] platform with others' information or false information, and shall promptly update registration information when relevant details actually change. You shall independently assume responsibility for the truthfulness, legality, accuracy, and validity of the account information you provide. If providing others' information, false information, expired information, illegal information, or failing to update information in a timely manner causes damage to the [CFF] platform or third parties, you shall bear corresponding legal liabilities and make compensation in accordance with the law. [CFF] also reserves the right to terminate your use of all [CFF] platform services.
2.4 Regarding the member name, please consider it carefully as it cannot be modified once determined. Do not use sensitive words (including but not limited to indecent words, words involving politics or law, words suspected of infringement, and words containing [CFF], customer service, system administrator, etc.). Using sensitive words may result in account freezing.
2.5 After successful registration, you can use [CFF] platform services and obtain the following permissions:
2-5-1 Publish and manage information in relevant modules of the [CFF] platform;
2-5-2 Manage comments on the messages you publish;
2-5-3 Interact with other users;
2-5-4 Obtain relevant data services for your [CFF] platform account (such as information views, viewing users);
2-5-5 Obtain third-party witness services in the commodity transaction process;
2-5-6 Participate in [CFF] platform activities and be entitled to enjoy other relevant information and information services provided by the platform.
2.6 [CFF] undertakes that it will not disclose your non-public information such as registration account and mobile phone number to any third party without statutory reasons, as stipulated in this Agreement, or your prior permission. If you discover any improper use of your account or any other circumstances that may endanger your account security, you shall immediately notify [CFF] in an effective manner to request the suspension of relevant services. You understand that [CFF] needs a reasonable time to act on your request, and [CFF] shall not be liable for any consequences (including but not limited to any of your losses) that have arisen before action is taken.
2.7 You shall not maliciously register [CFF] platform accounts by any means, including but not limited to registering multiple accounts for purposes of profit, hype, cash withdrawal, brushing orders, etc., nor shall you 盗用 (usurp) other users' accounts.
3、【Usage Norms】
3.1 Through the [CFF] platform, you may publish information in accordance with the [CFF] platform rules. However, the published information shall not contain the following contents:
3-1-1 Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution, inciting resistance or disruption of the implementation of the Constitution, laws, and administrative regulations;
3-1-2 Inciting endangerment to national security, disclosure of state secrets, subversion of state power, or overthrow of the socialist system;
3-1-3 Inciting division of the country, disruption of national unity, or damage to national honor and ethnic interests;
3-1-4 Inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination, or disrupting ethnic unity;
3-1-5 Fabricating or distorting facts, spreading rumors, or disturbing social order;
3-1-6 Engaging in political propaganda, undermining state religious policies, advocating feudal superstition, obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, homicide, terror, or abetting crime;
3-1-7 Grossly insulting others, fabricating facts to slander others, or carrying out other malicious attacks;
3-1-8 Damaging the reputation of state organs;
3-1-9 Other contents violating the Constitution and laws and regulations.
3.2 During the use of [CFF] platform services, you shall not engage in the following acts:
3-2-1 Publishing, transmitting, disseminating, or storing content that infringes upon others' intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or other legitimate rights, including viruses, trojans, time bombs, and other content that may harm or affect the stability of the [CFF] platform system;
3-2-2 Transmitting or distributing files containing images, photos, software, or other materials protected by intellectual property laws (including, but not limited to, copyright or trademark law, right of privacy, or right of publicity), unless the user owns or controls the corresponding rights or has obtained all necessary authorizations;
3-2-3 Using any materials or information containing images or photos obtained by infringing trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of any party through the use of this "Software";
3-2-4 Engaging in acts harmful to computer network security, including but not limited to: using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts; accessing public computer networks or others' computer systems without permission to delete, modify, or add stored information; attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerabilities of the platform system or network, or other acts of damaging network security, without permission; attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the platform system or website, intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses, and other acts of disrupting normal network information services; forging TCP/IP packet names or parts of names;
3-2-5 Modifying or forging instructions, data, or packets during the operation of software works, adding, deleting, or changing the functions or operating effects of the software, and shall not disseminate or operate such software to the public through information networks for the above purposes;
3-2-6 Without the explicit written authorization of [CFF], selling, renting, lending, disseminating, transferring, or sub-licensing the software and services or related links, or profiting from the use of the software and services or the terms thereof, whether such use involves direct economic or monetary benefits;
3-2-7 Violating the activity rules published by the [CFF] platform, including but not limited to publishing false information, cheating, or conducting false transactions through other means.
3.3 You understand and agree that [CFF] has the right to provide your registration information filled in on the [CFF] platform, publication records, and other necessary information to government authorities (including judicial and administrative departments) at their request, without your consent or prior notice.
3.4 During the use of [CFF] services on the [CFF] platform, you undertake to abide by the following commitments:
3-4-1 All acts performed in the course of using [CFF] platform services shall comply with national laws, regulations, and other regulatory documents, as well as the provisions and requirements of [CFF] platform rules. You shall not violate public interests or public morality, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, or breach this Agreement and related rules. If you violate the foregoing commitments and any legal consequences arise, you shall independently bear all legal liabilities in your own name and ensure that [CFF] is exempt from any losses or additional costs incurred thereby.
3-4-2 You shall not publish information prohibited by the state (unless lawfully and sufficiently permitted), information that may infringe upon others' intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights, information contrary to public interests, public morality, or public order and good customs, or other information suspected of violating laws or in breach of this Agreement and various rules.
3-4-3 You shall not commercially utilize any data on the [CFF] platform, including but not limited to using the materials displayed on the [CFF] platform by means of reproduction, dissemination, etc., without [CFF]'s prior written consent.
3-4-4 You shall not use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the [CFF] platform or any activities conducted on the [CFF] platform. You shall not take any actions that impose unreasonable large data loads on [CFF] platform network equipment.
3.5 You understand and agree that:
3-5-1 When you violate the above commitments, [CFF] has the right to take corresponding actions or terminate the provision of services to you in accordance with this Agreement, without your consent or prior notice.
3-5-2 If, based on relevant legal regulations or [CFF] service rules, your conduct is suspected of violating laws and regulations or the terms of this Agreement and/or rules, [CFF] has the right to take corresponding measures, including but not limited to directly blocking or deleting infringing information, reducing your credit score, or directly stopping service provision. If [CFF] suffers losses, faces claims from any third party, or is punished by any administrative department as a result, you shall compensate [CFF] for the losses and/or expenses incurred, including reasonable attorney fees.
3-5-3 For your conduct on the [CFF] platform, including conduct not performed on the [CFF] platform but affecting the [CFF] platform and its users, [CFF] has the right to unilaterally determine the nature of your conduct and whether it constitutes a violation of this Agreement and/or rules, and take corresponding measures accordingly. You shall independently preserve all evidence related to your conduct and bear adverse consequences for being unable to provide sufficient evidence.
3-5-4 For any damage caused to any third party by your conduct suspected of violating commitments, you shall independently bear all legal liabilities in your own name and ensure that [CFF] is exempt from any losses or additional costs incurred thereby.
3.6 You agree that if you find any content on this website that is inconsistent with legal provisions or this User Agreement, you have the obligation to promptly notify [CFF]. If you discover that your personal information has been misused, or your copyright or other rights have been infringed, please inform [CFF] of the situation and provide the following information and materials:
3-6-1 The URL, serial number, screenshot, photo, or other details that can locate the infringing information;
3-6-2 Proof that you are the legitimate owner of the copyright or other rights mentioned;
3-6-3 Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email;
3-6-4 A copy of your ID card, business license, and other relevant documents.
Upon verification and confirmation, we will promptly delete the relevant information. We only accept written infringement notices by mail, email, or fax. In urgent cases, you may first inform us via the customer service hotline, and we will take proactive measures as appropriate.
3.7 If the information you publish on the [CFF] platform constitutes a breach of contract, [CFF] may immediately delete or block the corresponding information, or delist or supervise your products in accordance with the relevant rules.
3.8 If your conduct on the [CFF] platform, or conduct not performed on the [CFF] platform but affecting the [CFF] platform and its users, constitutes a breach of contract, [CFF] may take measures against you in accordance with the relevant rules, including but not limited to account deduction, restriction from participating in marketing activities, suspension of part or all services, deduction of liquidated damages, etc. If your conduct constitutes a fundamental breach of contract, [CFF] may freeze your account and terminate the provision of services to you.
4、【Disclaimer】
4.1 [CFF] only provides you with [CFF] platform services. You acknowledge that information on the [CFF] platform is posted by users themselves. Due to the massive amount of information, the [CFF] platform cannot eliminate all potential risks and defects. You should carefully judge and determine the authenticity, legality, and validity of relevant information, and pay attention to preserving corresponding evidence to facilitate rights protection.
4.2 Information or content published by users through the [CFF] platform does not represent the opinions and views of [CFF], nor does it mean that [CFF] endorses their views or verifies the authenticity of their content.
4.3 Like other online internet platforms, the [CFF] platform is also troubled by various bad information, network security, and network failure issues, including but not limited to:
4-3-1 Other users may publish fraudulent or false information, or post comments with abusive, cursing, defamatory, or attacking content, or illegal remarks containing obscene, pornographic, vulgar, reactionary, or inciting ethnic hatred content that is offensive and disgusting;
4-3-2Other users may publish pictures, photos, texts, and other materials that infringe upon your or other third parties' intellectual property rights, portrait rights, right of name, reputation rights, privacy rights, and/or other legitimate rights and interests;
4-3-3 Facing problems and threats such as hacker attacks, computer viruses, system crashes, network disconnections, slow internet speeds, and program vulnerabilities.
You fully understand and agree that the above-mentioned various bad information, network security, and network failure problems are not caused by [CFF] or the [CFF] platform. Any resulting mental harm (such as feelings of disgust, nausea, vomiting, etc.) or other losses shall be borne by you, and [CFF] shall not be liable to you for any such consequences.
If you find that anyone violates this Agreement or uses the [CFF] platform services in other improper ways, causing losses to you or third parties, please immediately report or complain to the [CFF] platform. We will investigate and verify in accordance with laws and regulations and promptly take measures to delete information, freeze accounts, etc., to protect your rights and interests.
4.4 [CFF] has the right to independently determine the maximum storage period for data of individual platform users in this service, and allocate the maximum data storage space for them on the server, etc. You may upload, download, modify, delete, and back up relevant data of your account on the [CFF] platform according to your own needs. The [CFF] platform shall not be liable for any failure in storing your relevant data in this service.
4.5 If you stop using this service, or the service is terminated or canceled, [CFF] may permanently delete your data from the server. After the service is stopped, terminated, or canceled, [CFF] has no obligation to return any data to you.
4.6 For online information related to loans or other property matters, account passwords, advertisements, or promotions between users, users should exercise caution and make their own judgments. [CFF] shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your profits, business reputation, data loss, or other tangible or intangible losses arising from the foregoing.
4.7You agree that during the use of [CFF] platform services, [CFF] may display promotional or marketing information (including commercial and non-commercial information) sent by itself or third-party service providers, and the manner and scope of such display may be changed without special notice to you. Except as expressly provided by laws and regulations, you shall be solely responsible for transactions conducted based on such promotional information. [CFF] shall not be liable for any losses or damages suffered by users as a result of transactions based on such promotional information or content provided by the aforesaid third-party service providers.
4.8 [CFF] shall be exempt from liability for the following force majeure events: normal equipment maintenance of information networks, information network connection failures, computer, communication, or other system failures, power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, uprisings, disturbances, fires, floods, storms, explosions, wars, government actions, orders of judicial or administrative authorities, or omissions of third parties, which cause service unavailability or delays.
4.9[CFF] reserves the right to independently decide to refuse service, close user accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders within the scope permitted by the laws applicable in the mainland of the People's Republic of China.
5、【Legal Liability】
5.1 The User warrants that they hold full intellectual property rights over all content uploaded to [CFF] (i.e., works as defined under the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, including but not limited to text, images, music, films, performances, audio-visual works, and computer programs, etc.), or have obtained lawful authorization from the relevant right holders. If the User violates this clause, causing [CFF] to be claimed against by a third party, the User agrees to fully indemnify [CFF] (including but not limited to all indemnity costs and attorney fees).
5.2 [CFF] is entitled to screen and judge the logs, products, and other information uploaded by Users to the [CFF] platform, and determine which content is suitable for display or browsing in accordance with relevant policies, laws and regulations, and [CFF]'s rules. [CFF] has the right not to display information or products that [CFF] deems unsuitable for display or sale.
5.3 If [CFF] discovers or receives a report/complaint from others that a platform User has violated this Agreement, [CFF] is entitled to delete the relevant content without prior notice and, depending on the severity of the conduct, impose penalties on the violating account, including but not limited to warnings, deletion of part or all content, restriction or prohibition from using all or part of the functions, account suspension up to and including cancellation, and publicize the handling results. If illegal conduct is suspected, legal liability shall be pursued in accordance with the law.
5.4 In the event of disputes regarding the size, color, packaging, design content, transportation, defects, etc., of products (works) during transactions (excluding disputes over proprietary rights such as copyright, portrait rights, and property rights of original works for sale), [CFF] or the [CFF] platform shall have the right to make a preliminary determination on the validity of the transaction and the liability for the dispute after consulting with both transaction parties and conducting verification. If you are dissatisfied with the mediation decision, you still have the right to resolve the dispute through other dispute resolution channels, but you shall first comply with the mediation decision until a final decision is obtained through other channels.
5.5 When a third party sends a notice of rights to [CFF], presenting to [CFF] what [CFF] deems sufficient proof of ownership, claiming that works uploaded by [CFF] Users infringe their rights, the User agrees that [CFF] may, at its sole discretion, decide to delete the allegedly infringing content uploaded or posted by the User on [CFF]. Unless a written statement in compliance with relevant legal provisions is received and a preliminary review finds the defense to be established, [CFF] will not automatically restore the deleted information.
5.6[CFF] provides services such as agent collection or agent payment of funds for [CFF] mall users, including:
5-6-1 Agent Collection: Namely, [CFF] collects on behalf of users various funds paid by third parties to users. For the avoidance of doubt, agent collection specifically means that, under the circumstances conforming to [CFF] platform regulations, from the time when users entrust [CFF] to recharge funds into their [CFF] accounts or entrust [CFF] to collect funds paid by third parties to users in accordance with this Agreement, until the time when all or part of such funds are actually transferred to the users' designated bank accounts as per users' instructions.
5-6-2 Agent Payment: Namely, [CFF] pays users' funds on behalf of users to third parties designated by users. For the avoidance of doubt, agent payment specifically refers to the entire process, under the circumstances conforming to [CFF] regulations, commencing from the time when funds are transferred out of users' accounts and ending when [CFF] is entrusted to pay all or part of the above funds to third parties in accordance with instructions given by users or authorized parties, and the third parties receive such funds (whether immediate payment is required or payment is made from time to time according to prevailing circumstances). Users agree that after [CFF] makes agent payments under user instructions, such payments shall be irrevocable except through legal procedures or as otherwise provided in this Agreement.
5-6-3 Agent Custody: You may use this service to recharge your [CFF] account through your valid Alipay, WeChat Pay, Tenpay account, UnionPay account, or other bank accounts designated by [CFF], and entrust [CFF] to custody the funds on your behalf.
5-6-4 User Confirmation: The agent collection, agent payment, and agent custody services provided by [CFF] are entirely carried out in accordance with [CFF] users' instructions. The funds collected, paid, or custodied by [CFF] are all proceeds from users' transactions of goods (works). Users are the parties to the transactions under the agent collection, payment, and custody of funds, and [CFF] shall not assume any liability for the risks associated with such agent collection and payment of funds.
5.7 Users shall bear the relevant fees arising from commodity transactions by themselves and pay taxes in accordance with the law. After completing commodity transactions, seller users shall issue invoices to the other party to the transaction in accordance with the law and assume after-sales responsibilities.
6、【Intellectual Property Statement】
6.1 Information, text, images, and other materials published by users through the [CFF] platform are all provided by users, and the authenticity, accuracy, and legality shall be the responsibility of the information publisher. The user warrants that they hold full intellectual property rights over all content uploaded to [CFF] (i.e., works as defined under the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, including but not limited to text, images, music, films, performances, audio-visual works, and computer programs, etc.), or have obtained lawful authorization from the relevant right holders. By accepting this Agreement, the user hereby grants [CFF] platform a license to display, distribute, trade, compile, and translate any form of information content published by the user on this platform at any time (including but not limited to user reviews, user inquiries, various topic articles, etc.). If the above materials infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties, the information publisher shall bear the liability, and [CFF] shall not be responsible for the ownership of copyright in the works published by users. If the user violates this clause, causing [CFF] to be claimed against by a third party, the user agrees to fully indemnify [CFF] (including but not limited to all indemnity costs and attorney fees).
6.2 "[CFF]" is a trademark of [CFF]'s parent company and its affiliated companies, protected by law, and no person shall use it without authorization. [CFF] will pursue relevant legal liabilities in accordance with the law against any infringement of the company's copyright and other intellectual property rights.
6.3 Unless otherwise required by mandatory laws, without [CFF]'s express written permission, no entity or individual may unlawfully reproduce, distribute, display, mirror, upload, download, reprint, quote, link, scrape, or use the information content of the [CFF] platform in any other manner in whole or in part. Otherwise, [CFF] has the right to pursue legal liability.
6.4 The following content on the [CFF] platform may not be reproduced arbitrarily:
6-4-1 All information published on this platform;
6-4-2 Content that has stated "no reproduction" or "no reproduction without permission";
6-4-3 Unique graphics, logos, page styles, layout methods, programs, etc., on this platform;
6-4-4 Content on this platform that requires special authorization or registered user eligibility to access;
6-4-5 Other content that is not permitted by law or deemed unsuitable for reproduction by this platform.
6.5 [CFF] shall not bear relevant legal liability for disputes arising from improper citation of [CFF] platform content or any losses caused by such disputes. [CFF] reserves the right to pursue legal liability against users who do not comply with this statement or other illegal or malicious users of [CFF] website content.
6.6 The copyright of relevant statements on the [CFF] platform, as well as the right to modify, update, and interpret within the scope permitted by law, shall belong to [CFF].
7、【Termination of Agreement】
7.1 You agree that [CFF], based on the security of platform services, has the right to suspend the provision of part or all [CFF] platform services to you, temporarily freeze your account, resume services promptly after the security issue is resolved, and timely notify you of the facts of suspension, freezing, and resumption. If the platform's security issue is caused by your illegal conduct, [CFF] has the right to terminate the provision of part or all [CFF] platform services to you, permanently freeze (cancel) your account, and claim compensation from you for losses.
7.2 If you have objections to the amendment of this Agreement or are dissatisfied with [CFF]'s services, you may exercise the following rights:
7-2-1 Stop using the services of the [CFF] platform;
7-2-2 Delist the products under your account; hide or delete all information you have published;
7-2-3 Inform [CFF] to stop services through channels such as customer service. After the service is terminated, your right to use [CFF] services shall immediately cease. In such cases, [CFF] has no obligation to transmit any unprocessed information or incomplete services to you or any unrelated third party.
7.3 If the User violates the provisions of this Agreement, [CFF] may terminate this Agreement in accordance with the breach clauses;
7-3-1 If you usurp others' accounts, publish prohibited information, defraud others of property, sell counterfeits, disrupt market order, or seek profits by improper means, [CFF] freezes your account in accordance with [CFF] platform rules;
7-3-2 Except for the above circumstances, if you repeatedly violate the relevant provisions of the [CFF] platform rules with serious circumstances, [CFF] freezes your account in accordance with [CFF] platform rules;
7-3-3 Your account is recovered by [CFF] in accordance with this Agreement;
7-3-4 Other circumstances where service should be terminated.
7.4 You agree that after the termination of the agreement relationship between you and [CFF], [CFF] shall still enjoy the following rights:
7-4-1 Continue to store your undeleted registration information and all information published during your use of [CFF] platform services until the expiration of the legal record-keeping period.
7-4-2 If you have committed illegal acts or violated this Agreement and/or rules during your use of [CFF] platform services, [CFF] may still assert rights and pursue liabilities against you in accordance with this Agreement.
7-4-3 After the termination of this Agreement, for transaction orders generated during the term of this Agreement, [CFF] may notify the counterparty to the transaction and decide whether to close such transaction orders according to the counterparty's wishes; if the counterparty requests continued performance, you shall continue to perform the provisions of this Agreement and the transaction orders for such transaction orders, and bear any losses or additional costs incurred thereby.
8.1 The place of execution of this Agreement is Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, the People's Republic of China.
8.2 The formation, validity, interpretation, amendment, supplementation, termination, performance, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the absence of relevant legal provisions, general international commercial practices and/or industry practices shall be referred to.
8.3 If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement.
8.4 Any disputes or controversies arising from this Agreement shall be amicably resolved through consultation between [CFF] and you. If consultation fails, the matter shall be handled in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, and the People's Court of Nanshan District, Shenzhen shall have jurisdiction as the court of first instance. If the People's Court of Nanshan District, Shenzhen has no jurisdiction due to the provisions on hierarchical jurisdiction, the superior court thereof shall be the court of first instance.
8.5 The copyright of this Agreement belongs to Shenzhen [CFF] Cultural Management Co., Ltd. [CFF] reserves all rights to interpret and amend this Agreement.
8.6 [CFF] respects the legitimate rights of users and consumers. This Agreement and various rules, statements, and other contents published on the [CFF] platform are all intended to provide better and more convenient services to users. [CFF] welcomes opinions and suggestions from users and all sectors of society, and will openly accept and timely amend this Agreement and various rules on this platform.
